Assassin’s Creed Unity Video Game Review

Assassin’s Creed Unity Video Game Review

So, is it worth visiting the French Revolution and fighting for the Assassins? Not really. As it is now, we are talking about an ‘it was a mediocre time, it was the worst of times’ when it comes to the general experience and the performance. Even if the performance issues are fixed (and I hope they are), we are still talking about what I find to be a somewhat mediocre title. The graphics are excellent, but also represent the game’s greatest strength, and that just is not enough for a strong recommendation. The gameplay has a number of flaws, which are most apparent to me, because of my experience with the franchise, but it still stands on its own. It just does not stand very tall. The story has many issues with it, making it often feel shallow and contrived in my opinion, and more so than you can expect from open-world games. This is a game I must fail to recommend. It may improve over time, but as it is now, feel free to pass on it… at OverclockersClub
