Rosewill Tachyon 750W Power Supply Review

This is not our first review of a Tachyon PSU. We actually tested this series’ flagship, the Tachyon-1000, several months ago, and it managed to impress us enough to be awarded our Editor’s Choice badge, but it is now time for the second-strongest unit of the line, the Tachyon-750, to prove its worth. We will figure out whether it can compete with the competition’s recently released products for this category. You see, while the Platinum platform the Tachyon-750 utilizes is made by a respectable manufacturer, it has also been around for a pretty long time, and Super Flower recently released their second generation Platinum platform with the Leadex line. It’ll be interesting to see how SF’s older design stands up against the competition’s new designs as the Tachyon-750 is currently priced similarly to other high-end PSUs in its category… at techPowerUp!
