NOCTUA NH-L12S CPU Cooler Review

This is the Noctua NH-L12S, a smaller and slimmer version of the NH-C14S. While it maintains that low-profile look, it isn’t as low profile as many ‘pancake coolers’ like the NH-L9x65. it is bundled with a 15mm fan where you can install it underneath or over the heatsink.
