Scosche boomBOTTLE H2O & boomBOTTLE mini6 Speakers Released

Scosche is excited to announce the availability of CES 2014 hits, boomBOTTLE H2O and boomBOTTLE mini.   The two newest editions to Scosche’s line of rugged Bluetooth speakers pack remarkable wireless audio into a compact package optimized for outdoors.  These tough, portable speakers are the perfect companion for the pool, beach, snow or any other adventure and beg the question “where do you take your music?”

“We (Scosche) knew we wanted to add more compact and waterproof options to the boomBOTTLE line in time for summer, but we were unwilling to sacrifice the audio performance and quality the original was known for,” said Kas Alves Executive Vice President Scosche Industries.

The durable, IP67 waterproof and dustproof rated (can be submerged 1 meter for up to 30 minutes) boomBOTTLE H20 features an up-firing 50mm speaker and passive subwoofer, 33 foot Bluetooth range, and up to 11 hours of continuous playback with its rechargeable battery.  It’s unique bottle shape fits perfectly in water bottle cages and cup holders.  Best of all, boomBOTTLE H20 floats in case it falls overboard.

Despite being the smallest member of the boomBOTTLE family, the boomBOTTLE mini is the life of the party, utilizing a 40mm up-firing speaker and passive subwoofer to deliver rich, clear audio.  The IPX4 rated (weatherproof) speaker has range of up to 33 feet and the rechargeable battery delivers up to 10 hours of continuous playback with its rechargeable battery.

Both new boomBOTTLE models are Bluetooth A2DP compatible to stream audio from Smartphones, Tablets, Laptops and more.  Users can control volume, skip tracks and control play/pause directly from the speaker.  Additionally, a 3.5mm auxiliary input is included for connecting other devices when wireless capabilities are not needed.

boomBOTTLE H20 & boomBOTTLE mini are available now in Grey, Blue, and Yellow for $99.95 and $49.95 respectively at Scosche.com and will be available at Walmart, Barns & Noble, Cellular Sales, West Marine and other fine retailers shortly.
