ASUS today announced the VivoBook E203, a compact and affordable 11.6-inch laptop that is powered by an Intel® Celeron® processor and comes with 4GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, and up to 10 hours of battery life.
The ASUS VivoBook E203 has a slim 16.9mm profile, a footprint smaller than an A4 sheet, and features reversible USB Type-C™ (USB-C™) and dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi. The VivoBook E203 features Windows 10 S and comes in Star Grey color.
Designed for Mobility
The VivoBook E203 is designed as a companion device for those constantly on the go, and easily fits into a messenger bag or backpack. This 11.6-inch laptop has compact dimensions, with an ultra-thin profile measuring from just 16.9mm and a footprint smaller than an A4 sheet. It is lightweight, too — weighing just 2.16 lbs. In addition, the VivoBook E203 has up to 10 hours of battery life and ASUS Battery Health Charging technology ensures a longer battery lifespan.

The VivoBook E203 comes with Windows 10 S which is streamlined for security and performance that lasts over time, requiring that apps be delivered via the Windows Store. The reversible USB-C port makes it easier to connect devices, with USB 3.1 Gen 1 providing super-fast data transfer speeds — making it possible to transfer a 2GB movie to a USB drive in under two seconds. For maximum convenience and compatibility, the VivoBook E203 also features two standard USB 3.1 Gen 1 ports, one HDMI port, dual-band 802.11ac Wi-Fi and energy-efficient Bluetooth® 4.1.
The VivoBook E203 has a full-size ergonomic keyboard with 1.6mm key travel that provides for a comfortable typing experience. It also has a large touchpad similar in size to those used on 14-inch laptops. Designed for extra-sensitive responsiveness, the touchpad supports the Windows Precision Touchpad (PTP) standard and incorporates palm-rejection technology plus support for multi-finger gestures for effortless navigation with Windows apps and other features.

The VivoBook E203 has an 11.6-inch HD display incorporating several ASUS technologies designed to improve the visual experience. ASUS Tru2Life Video enhances contrast by up to 150 percent for sharper, clearer and more realistic-looking videos; while ASUS Splendid provides vivid, accurate colors for any kind of visual content. The VivoBook E203 provides immersive audio, too, courtesy of ASUS SonicMaster technology and finely-tuned speakers that deliver clear sound.
Elegantly Designed
The VivoBook E203 has a 180° hinge that enables users to lay it flat on the table, allowing for easy sharing of content. This durable hinge design has been subjected to a grueling 20,000-cycle open-close test. The VivoBook E203 is available in Star Grey with a graduated finish and unique hexagonal motifs on the front cover for a distinct touch.
